In order to be eligible , you can return an item up to 7 days from the date your package was delivered.
Any product you return MUST BE in the same condition you receive it in! WASHED and USED items are NOT eligible for return! We enforce this policy upon inspection of returned shipments.

An item may be returned if it is :
- Unworn.
- Unwashed.
- With original tags and packaging intact.
- Free of stains, odour, animal hair and damage.
To maintain hygiene for all our customers we do not accept returns on Face Masks, Potty Training Pants, Reusable Diapers, Socks, Bibs, Burp Clothes, or any other product falling under our Accessories & Diapering category .
Items CAN NOT BE RETURNED after this 7 day-timeframe, no exceptions can be made to this policy.
Please allow us upto 10 business days after we receive the product to initiate your refund. The shipping Fee will not be reimbursed.
Sunshinebaby is not responsible for package deliveries affected by COVID19-related shipping delays, an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays, or strikes.
All products purchased during sales are considered as Final Sale and not eligible for returns.
COD refunds will be made to the customers Sunshinebaby account wallet.
EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange your item to another size/color, you must return the purchased item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size/color using your store credit.
Replacement of an item is guaranteed based on stock availability.
We offer Free Replacement /Return Pick up once per order.Shipping Cost of Rs.100 will be charged for Replacements/ Return Pick up more than Once per order.
